The Co-operative Estates has completed a letting of Unit 1, Wellfield Business Park in Runcorn to Phoenix Medical Supplies, a European pharmaceutical wholesaler.
Birchwood Boulevard Business Park has leased a 2,124 sq ft office to Quintessa, a Scientific and Mathematical Consultancy.
