BE Group, on behalf of client Coca Cola Enterprises Ltd, has successfully let a 6,972 sqft warehouse to specialist industrial service provider EDS at 44-45 Melford Court, Kingsland Grange, Warrington on a 10 year lease.

Letting agent Sam Birtwistle of BE Group said ‘in a competitive market, and a reasonably short period of time, we were able to secure the interest of EDS.
