BE Group, on behalf of client Coca Cola Enterprises Ltd, has successfully let a 6,972 sqft warehouse to specialist industrial service provider EDS at 44-45 Melford Court, Kingsland Grange, Warrington on a 10 year lease.

Billing and customer management company MDS and sister company Lavastorm Analytics have signed a new 10-year lease with Royal London for a new 30,000 sq ft head office in Birchwood, Warrington. The Point will be the new home to more than 225 employees following relocation from Cinnamon Park, Fearnhead, Warrington.

Two new members of staff have joined the BE Group in Warrington as it undergoes a management restructure prompted by the retirement of Peter Crompton.
