On the south coast, Torbay Development Agency has appointed a BE Group-led team to draw up a business plan for the development of a Fish Processing Park. The port of Brixham is home to a fishing fleet that lands the highest value of catch in England, but as with other ports in South Devon there is little added value locally as most of the fish is transported elsewhere for processing.

BE Group, supported by Poseidon Aquatic Resource Management and Black & Veatch, are preparing a business plan that understands supply; assesses demand; conducts an option analysis and site identification; provides financial modelling and identifies potential funding sources.
