Residential property developer Wainhomes (North West) Limited has relocated its North West headquarters to Building A, Kelburn Court at Daten Park in Birchwood, Warrington. The 9,307 sq ft building was purchased by Wainhomes from Standard Life Investments for an undisclosed sum.
