BE Group, on behalf of client Arley Homes North West Ltd, has successfully sold The Old Rectory in Warrington for £1.1 million pounds.

The Old Rectory is a converted character office building located in Winwick, Warrington, and now a new office base for St George Healthcare Group, a specialist care and rehabilitation provider.

Simon Roddam of sole agent BE Group commented “We are delighted to have concluded this significant office disposal. Whilst the majority of office take up in Warrington each year is made up of leasehold transactions, there is still a consistent flow of owner occupier demand.”

Simon added “35% of office deals in the Warrington & Environs market in 2015 were sales, and from activity in the first quarter of 2016 we expect this trend to continue.”
