Residential property developer Wainhomes (North West) Limited has relocated its North West headquarters to Building A, Kelburn Court at Daten Park in Birchwood, Warrington. The 9,307 sq ft building was purchased by Wainhomes from Standard Life Investments for an undisclosed sum.

BE Group, on behalf of client Woodlands Business Park Limited, has let a 12,316 sq ft office to UK’s leading provider of automation and control solutions and maintenance services, Bilfinger Industrial Automation Services Ltd. This new letting is at Redwood House, Woodlands Business Park, Newton Le Willows, St Helens.

BE Group, on behalf of client DIB Partnership, has leased 4 Cygnet Court at Centre Park in Warrington to Newsquest (Northwest) Limited on a 10 year lease. BE Group and joint agent Canning O’Neill, on behalf of client Columbia Threadneedle Investments, have officially launched the newly refurbished Europa House at Gemini Business Park in Warrington.

BE Group, on behalf of client Pin Properties, has let a 16,678 sq ft warehouse to construction equipment manufacturer Bay Lynx Manufacturing at 6 Aragon Court, Manor Park, Runcorn.
