We completed a regional study for West Yorkshire Combined Authority, looking at strategic employment sites and growth opportunities, as well as an employment land study for Leeds City. BE Group assessed the market demand and provided development advice on the now operational Nexus innovation hub at University of Leeds.

In Scarborough and Whitby, we were part of the team preparing masterplans as part of regeneration funding bids. This has resulted in significant town centre improvements.
