GRADUATE PLANNING/REGENERATION CONSULTANT
We are looking for a graduate planning/regeneration consultant to join our small, friendly team working in an expanding multi-disciplined property consultancy in Warrington, Cheshire.
BE Group is a regeneration, economic development, planning and property consultancy, who works with a wide range of public, private and community sector clients across the UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual, with good communication skills, to carry out projects in the following areas:
- Property Market Assessments
- Employment Land Studies
- Planning Applications
- Appraisals for Masterplanning
- Development Assessments
- Feasibility Studies
- Market Research
- Project Evaluation
Candidates may be a recent graduate in a relevant discipline (e.g. planning, geography, economics, surveying) or already have some experience, and hold a full driving licence. There will be opportunities for career progression and professional development.
