GRADUATE PLANNING/REGENERATION CONSULTANT
We are looking for a graduate planning/regeneration consultant to join our small, friendly team working in an expanding multi-disciplined property consultancy in Warrington.
BE Group is a regeneration, economic development, planning and property consultancy, who works with a wide range of public, private and community sector clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual, with good communication skills, to carry out projects in the following areas:
* Property Market Assessments
* Employment Land Studies
* Planning Applications
* Appraisals for Masterplanning
* Development Assessments
* Feasibility Studies
* Market Research
* Project Evaluation
Candidates may be a recent graduate in a relevant discipline (e.g. planning, geography, economics, surveying) or already have some experience, and hold a full driving licence.
Competitive salary offered which will reflect experience.
