A confidential investment client of BE Group has bought The Point at Birchwood Point, a HQ office building in Warrington, from Royal London Asset Management for £4,877,000, at a yield of 8.25%.
The property extends 32,016 sq ft, and was let to Martin Dawes Systems Ltd on a 10 year lease in October 2013.
Simon Roddam, Associate director at BE Group, acted on behalf of the purchaser. Simon commented “Our client has purchased in excess of 200,000 sq ft in Warrington over the last 12-24 months. This investment purchase compliments our client’s growing Warrington portfolio, in what is becoming one of the region’s most consistent performing commercial markets.”
