BE Group have been appointed by Bilsdale Properties Limited, to work alongside existing agent JLL, to market Haydock’s prime business park, The Parks.

The Parks provides over 120,000 sq ft (11,148 sqm) of prime office accommodation in 15 self-contained buildings. The scheme is situated on the M6 corridor at the intersection of the M6 (J23) and East Lancs Road (A580).
