General
Simon started his career in commercial property agency in 2005 with BE Group. Simon’s experience covers property acquisition, lease renewals, rent reviews, sales, letting and marketing strategy. He moved to global real estate advisor DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), based in Manchester, in 2011 gaining a wealth of knowledge across the North West property market.
Simon re-joined BE Group in September 2013 to head up the Commercial Property Agency. He provides property advice to a large number of clients throughout the UK and overseas. To date these have included Orbit Developments, Patrizia, Standard Life Investments, St Modwen Developments, Bruntwood and Columbia Threadneedle to name a few.
Acting on behalf of clients in the acquisition of premises, Simon has recently represented a number of clients including Assurant, Penny UK, European Furniture Group, Betfred, Wainhomes, and Motique Plastics. He has a keen eye for a commercial investment, continually acquiring and disposing of income producing commercial property on behalf of clients.
Simon is an active member of the Manchester Office Agency Forum, Office Agency Society, and is the Property Sector Lead for the Warrington Business Exchange.
Hobbies
Simon enjoys spending his spare time with his family, and loves to keep fit and healthy through functional fitness training, triathlon and cycling.
Simon recently completed the first stage of the Tour De France 2019 to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, as part of the renowned Grand Depart Classic Sportive.
He is also a fan of anything from Wigan!
