General
Sam joined BE Group in 2011 after graduating from the University of Salford, obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Property Management & Investment.
Sam’s role involves undertaking property disposals, acquisitions, valuations and Landlord & Tenant work. Sam has a keen eye for matching enquiries to properties and has been involved in a number of transactions acting on behalf of clients including Coca-Cola, Patrizia, Bruntwood, BetFred and St Modwen.
Sam recently acted on behalf of Gladman Developments, disposing of the freehold interest of a 10,000 sq ft office building at Webster Court in Gemini, Warrington. He has also recently disposed of a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Runcorn, on behalf of clients PIN Properties.
Sam is currently working towards his APC.
Hobbies
Sam likes to spend his spare time in the gym keeping fit and is currently attempting to overtake Jos for the title of heaviest bench press in the office.
Sam also enjoys watching most sports, in particular Boxing and Formula One.
