BE Group, on behalf of client Pin Properties, has successfully disposed of two warehouse units totalling 15,824 sq ft in Runcorn.
Powerlift Materials Handling Ltd has purchased 35 Arkwright Road on Astmoor Industrial Estate measuring 12,510 sqft, and Air Parts Limited has leased 3 Boleyn Court at Manor Park measuring 3,314 sq ft.
Joint Letting agent Simon Roddam of BE Group commented, “Manor Park and Astmoor are in the heart of a thriving business community in Runcorn, their links to the North West motorway network have helped us secure a number of new occupiers to the Pin Properties portfolio. Both of the recent transactions we have concluded have been with inward investors, highlighting the attraction of a healthy supply of product in Runcorn and the recent road link enhancement provided by the Mersey Gateway bridge.”
Powerlift Materials Handling and Air Parts join a recent spate of new occupiers to the Pin Properties Manor Park holdings, which include Thermo Fisher, KRSS, Bay Lynx and Cheshire Moldings, with others soon to join the list.
Lee Egerton, Asset Manager at Pin Properties commented, “We work closely with occupiers to understand the specifics of their operational requirements. Our recently refurbished warehouse premises in Runcorn are proving to be an attractive offering in the market, and with Pin’s in-house turnkey capabilities we have continued to attract occupiers into the area against stiff competition.”
