BE Group, on behalf of client Pin Properties, has successfully disposed of two warehouse units totalling 15,824 sq ft in Runcorn.

Powerlift Materials Handling Ltd has purchased 35 Arkwright Road on Astmoor Industrial Estate measuring 12,510 sqft, and Air Parts Limited has leased 3 Boleyn Court at Manor Park measuring 3,314 sq ft.

Powerlift Materials Handling and Air Parts join a recent spate of new occupiers to the Pin Properties Manor Park holdings, which include Thermo Fisher, KRSS, Bay Lynx and Cheshire Moldings, with others soon to join the list.
