PAM Group, a leading occupational health and wellbeing service provider, has secured a 10,346 sq ft office space at 9 Lakeside Drive, Centre Park, Warrington, as part of its ongoing expansion and consolidation strategy.
The deal was facilitated by BE Group, now part of OBI, acting on behalf of the landlord, Palladium Group. The lease term remains undisclosed.
Centre Park is an established business hub in central Warrington, offering 461,000 sq ft of high-quality office space. Home to major organisations such as Sonova International, NHS, BGEN, Brookson, and UL, the park continues to attract leading businesses seeking modern, well-connected office accommodation.
