Orbit Developments, under the subsidiary company North West Portfolio Limited, has bought two office buildings at Daten Park in Birchwood, Warrington, from Praxis Asset Management for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase included Progress House, which is a 10,923 sq ft office building recently let by BE Group in its entirety to Eriks Industrial Services Ltd on a new 15 year lease, and also Innovation House which is an 8,587 sq ft refurbished office building which is on the market for lease.
Simon Roddam, Associate director at BE Group, acted on behalf of Orbit. Simon added “This investment purchase compliments our client’s growing Warrington portfolio, in what is becoming one of the region’s most consistent performing commercial markets. ”
Simon continued “BE Group also worked closely with Eriks in the letting of Progress House which is now established as their regional Technology Campus. The neighbouring Innovation House is refurbished and ready for immediate occupation located little over a mile from J11 of the M62.”
In the investment sale, BE Group acted for Orbit, and Finn & Company acted on behalf of Praxis.
