BE Group has been appointed to provide BDP with outline financial appraisals for the Oldham Eastern Gateway Masterplan commissioned by Oldham Council.

In early 2013 BE Group undertook similar work in respect of some 230 ha of land at Staveley in Derbyshire owned by the Chatsworth Settlement Trustees. This provided input associated with the regeneration of brownfield sites masterplanned to deliver housing and employment led mixed use developments, in terms of likely income and costs of the development and an evidence-based overview of the viability of the masterplan. The masterplan was considered at the public examination of Chesterfield Borough Council’s Core Strategy. The Inspector’s report is awaited.
