Our home region, BE Group is based in Warrington and has worked extensively in the region, including Greater Manchester, Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside.

We have undertaken numerous employment land studies, including repeat studies in Warrington, Sefton, Central Lancashire, St Helens and Blackburn with Darwen. In Greater Manchester we have completed employment studies in Manchester City, Salford and Tameside and currently compiling studies in Rochdale and Trafford, all within GM’s Places for Everyone Plan. We have also conducted town centre masterplans in Widnes, Runcorn, Bolton, Farnworth, Horwich, Westhoughton, Little Lever and Leyland.
