Residential property developer Wainhomes (North West) Limited has relocated its North West headquarters to Building A, Kelburn Court at Daten Park in Birchwood, Warrington. The 9,307 sq ft building was purchased by Wainhomes from Standard Life Investments for an undisclosed sum.

Simon Roddam, Associate director at BE Group, acted on behalf of Wainhomes (North West) Limited. Simon added “Wainhomes were already based in Birchwood at Cedarwood 2, and appointed BE Group to assist in the disposal of their existing office building. We also advised on the acquisition of their new headquarters to cater for their growing business. ”

Simon continued “We worked closely with Wainhomes to ensure they achieved a successful disposal of their existing property, to allow their business to grow. The acquisition of their new building at Daten Park provided the perfect property solution”

Wainhomes (North West) Limited sold Cedarwood 2, a 5,600 sq ft office, to an undisclosed local occupier. BE Group acted for Wainhomes (North West) Limited in the disposal of Cedarwood 2 and the acquisition of Unit A Kelburn Court. Savills acted on behalf of Standard Life Investments.
