Acting on behalf of the The British Steel Pension Fund, BE Group have secured the sale of the 20,000 Sq ft Millennium House in Birchwood, Warrington.

A Government Department has purchased the three storey self contained building which is situated within it’s own grounds at the head of Birchwood Boulevard. The property was on the market at a quoting price of £2 million and from agreement of the sale the legal process was completed within four weeks.

This deal underpins a strengthening office market and follows two large transactions completed

earlier this year by BE Group in Birchwood, a 35,000 sq ft prelet to Your Housing and a 30,000 sq ft letting to MDS. Transactions that had been taking 18 months to conclude are now being completed within a matter of weeks as confidence returns to the market.”
