Prime Property Consultancy, the Manchester based asset management company, has sold 330 Firecrest Court in Warrington to Fairhome Group Plc for £1.4 million pounds. The two storey 10,030 sq ft office building is the largest office transaction to conclude in Warrington town centre so far this year and is one of many office deals that Prime Property Consultancy have successfully concluded in recent months.

Simon Roddam of commercial agency BE Group, who acted on behalf of Prime Property, commented: “At present occupiers are investing more into office spaces to create the best possible environment for their staff to improve staff retention and recruitment. Not only that, but many businesses are also keen to encourage staff to collaborate within office environments which has been something negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s great to see businesses starting to make positive changes as we make strides forward with new ways of working”
