General
Greg joined the commercial agency team at BE Group as a surveyor in 2014 after graduating from the University of Leeds.
Greg’s primary focus is on the freehold and leasehold disposal of office and industrial premises across the North West. He also has experience working on several Landlord & Tenant projects encompassing valuations and lease renewals. This work has seen him act on behalf of a wide array of clients, from private individuals to large clients including Orbit Developments, Betfred, Network Space, Hurstwood Holdings, St Modwen Developments and Indurent.
Since 2017 Greg has taken a leading role as the principal copywriter and researcher for the Warrington Annual Property Review on behalf of Warrington Borough Council / Warrington & Co. The report looks at the economic activity of Warrington’s property and development sector over the previous year, along with prospects for future growth. Publication is a regionally significant date in the property calendar each year attracting more than 200 delegates.
Hobbies
Greg has completed a Masters degree in Screenwriting from Liverpool John Moore’s University and works on any number of writing projects in his spare time.
As a season ticket holder, most weekends he can be found at the Etihad Stadium supporting the mighty Manchester City.
