Evolution Park in Runcorn has welcomed two new tenants following a comprehensive refurbishment of a 6,000 sqft building earlier this year.

Custom cosmetics manufacturer Trigenex has signed an agreement on a 3,000 sq ft ground floor office in the refurbished Building 2, which sees them relocate from incubator space into a custom manufacturing and administration facility. In addition, network infrastructure and security company Elysium CNS has taken a second floor suite in the same building.

Evolution Park is a contemporary business park, comprising four detached office buildings set within a secure landscaped site. The Park is situated on Manor Farm Road, forming part of the well-established Manor Park Business Park in Runcorn. The setting benefits from excellent communication links, being close to the M56, which links Cheshire and North Wales to the M6. The Park also sits close by to the new Mersey Gateway Bridge.

The scheme is already home to D&D Recruit, who have recently expanded from their ground floor office in Building 1 to occupy the whole building, totalling 3,500 sq ft.
