In the last twelve months BE Group has carried out a clutch of Employment Land Reviews for local authorities across England. These have been for Fylde, Hinckley and Bosworth, Ribble Valley, Rutland, Sefton, Stroud and Wirral.

The Reviews for Fylde and Ribble Valley have taken account of the Lancashire Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing Enterprise Zone which splits to two sites owned by BAE Systems – Warton, Fylde and Samlesbury, Ribble Valley. The Hinckley and Bosworth study considered the potential impact of the MIRA Technology Park Enterprise Zone. This is focusing on low carbon transport and digital intelligent mobility technologies.

Now BE Group has crossed the Welsh border and has been commissioned by Vale of Glamorgan Council to produce an updated Employment Land Review, which will have regard to two Welsh Government – announced Enterprise Zones, at Cardiff Airport and the MoD’s St Athan site, both of which are located within the Vale.
