The Manchester division of Bellway Homes has taken the final suite of 9,000 sq ft within 304 Bridgewater Place, in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

The housebuilder has moved to Bridgewater Place from the Genesis Centre, also in Birchwood, meaning that all five buildings within the 200,000 sq ft development are now fully let. Other occupiers at Bridgewater Place include Rolls-Royce, Amec Foster Wheeler and Electricity North West.

Bellway is the fourth largest housebuilder in the UK. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a FTSE 250 listed company.

Stuart Gray, divisional managing director at Bellway Homes, said: “Birchwood Park is the ideal location for our Manchester division, its accessibility to the transport network ensures we are within easy reach of our Manchester projects, and are conveniently located for meetings and conferences.

Stuart added: “Our new office has given the team a real boost. Everyone is thrilled to have moved to such a premium location, and are already making use of the gym and Starbucks. We have built an enviable reputation for our high standard of service and build quality, and the quality of our new home at Birchwood Park reflects this.”

BE Group and JLL advised Patrizia, the manager of Birchwood Park.
