BE Group, on behalf of client Pin Properties, has let a 16,678 sq ft warehouse to construction equipment manufacturer Bay Lynx Manufacturing at 6 Aragon Court, Manor Park, Runcorn.

Joint Letting agent Simon Roddam of BE Group commented “Manor Park is in the heart of a thriving business community in Runcorn, and its links to the North West motorway network have helped us secure a number of new occupiers to the Pin Properties portfolio in recent months.”

Bay Lynx took a 10 year lease at a rent of £4.25 per sq ft. They join a recent spate of new occupiers to the Pin Properties Manor Park holdings, which include KRSS, JEM Recycling and two others soon to join the list.
