BE Group has disposed of a 17,064 sq ft warehouse to a confidential manufacturing company at Prospect House, Taylor Business Park, Warrington.

In a competitive market, we were able to secure the interest of the sub-tenant at Prospect House. This was undoubtedly the result of a recent increase in market activity, combined with the implementation of a proactive marketing strategy against competing product. Like our client, we are very pleased with the result”.
