BE Group add to the growing workload already being undertaken throughout Wales following appointment by Denbighshire County Council to undertake a Business Demand Study.

The Council is committed to encouraging viable business growth that supports the local areas whilst respecting its environment. The availability of the right size and type of business land and/or premises is important for start-up businesses as well as expanding businesses.

As part of this, BE Group is preparing a study which appraises the market and undertakes a gap analysis between supply and demand for rural Denbighshire. This will be supplemented by an analysis of socio-economic conditions; an appraisal of employment land and premises and consultation with businesses and relevant stakeholders. Activities will lead to the production of a Business Demand Action Plan.
