BE Group, on behalf of client Plus Dane Housing, has let a 10,817 sq ft office to the international sportswear brand ASICS at 3 Clearwater, Lingley Mere in Warrington.

Lingley Mere is the long established headquarter office park of United Utilities, and also incorporates a modern office scheme known as Clearwater. Clearwater consists of 5 self-contained office buildings totalling 72,500 sq ft of office accommodation.

Sole Letting agent Simon Roddam of BE Group commented “The Warrington office market produced 50,000 sq ft of office transactions in the first quarter of 2018, which is a good start to the year. The vast majority of transactions were Warrington occupiers relocating and expanding in the borough, which is a strong characteristic of the Warrington market”.
