Bilsdale Properties Ltd, a Yorkshire based asset and development management company, has just secured another two new lettings at The Parks in Haydock. Scott Rees & Co Solicitors has taken buildings 2 and 5 at The Parks totalling 12,775 sq ft on a new 5 year lease. The Parks is located adjacent to the premier racecourse Haydock Park, and provides over 120,000 sq ft of prime office accommodation in 15 self-contained buildings.

 

Simon Roddam of commercial agency BE Group who acted on behalf of Bilsdale commented: “There has been a good level of activity in the local occupational market, which has seen an uplift in office take up of around 25% when comparing figures at the same point last year.
