AlphaBiolabs, a Warrington-based and award-winning laboratory testing firm, has further expanded with the assistance of local commercial property agent BE Group. AlphaBiolabs has recently completed on the acquisition of a 10,817 sq ft modern office building at 3 Clearwater, situated alongside the United Utilities headquarters at Lingley Mere in Warrington.
AlphaBiolabs specialises in DNA testing, Drug testing and Alcohol testing for the public, the legal sector and the workplace. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic hit, the firm has invested significantly to provide crucial Covid-19 testing services and expertise in identifying new variants of the virus.
Simon Roddam, sole letting agent from BE Group commented: “This is the third expansion BE Group have assisted AlphaBiolabs with in the last 18 months. The company has taken an additional 18,000 sq ft of accommodation since the Covid-19 pandemic started in 2020, and it was a pleasure working closely with them to find the right property solution.”
