BE Group have had a busy summer, securing new work across the country and continuing to work with our clients. BE Group is continuing with employment land need studies for Mid Devon, Newport and Warrington Councils as well as preparing to provide expert evidence for Melton’s Local Plan Examination in Public. The Mid Devon Housing and Employment Needs Assessment is being undertaken with Arc4 providing the housing assessment, and we are excited to work with Michael and his team on this work.
BE Group is also part of the team preparing the Bootle Place Plan and Investment Strategy on behalf of Sefton Borough Council, working with WSP, Lucid, Turley, Tanglewood and Picture This.
In addition to the new jobs and listings, Vince Sandwell, presented the Cheshire West and Chester property review in July, to a full house at the Double Tree Hotel in Chester, with attendees including a broad range of property and industry leaders. A massive thanks to the participating commercial agents for providing inputs of activity for this review.
