We have prepared employment land studies in several local authority areas, including Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport and Winchester, which assessed local specialisms (marine, defence, manufacturing) and options for growth in areas that have significant land supply constraints.

We prepared the Carterton Strategic Plan on behalf of West Oxfordshire District Council, which provided strategies for growth and a delivery plan in this town, closely connected with RAF Brize Norton.

We led the team that prepared the Chesham Masterplan, identifying key local strengths and pathways for growth.
