BE Group, on behalf of client Orbit Developments, has let an 8,450 sq ft office to the residential developer Lovell Homes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morgan Sindall, at Innovation House, Daten Park in Birchwood.

Daten Park is an established estate consisting of 7 self-contained office buildings, and is already home to Stantec, Bilfinger Engineering, Grundfos, Eriks, Wain Group and RS Integrated Supply.
