BE Group, on behalf of a private client, has successfully let a 3,156 sq ft, two-storey office building to the Global QHSSE industry leaders Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services UK Limited.
The move sees the company relocating its office function from warehouse premises on Woolston Grange. The building, located on Birchwood’s established Olympic Park, will now be home to the company’s Consumer Products Services division, which works to ensure consumer retail products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Greg O’Hara, surveyor at BE Group, commented “Bureau Veritas are an internationally renowned company, founded in 1828. Listed on the CAC 40 with annual revenues of 5.2 billion EUR in 2022 and employing more than 82,000 people in 140 countries, we are delighted to have brought them to Olympic Park. This is a progressive move, something that we continue to see from occupiers who are investing more into office spaces to create the best possible environment for their staff. It is also gratifying to see that, by taking a 10-year lease, the tenant has also shown a commitment to the importance of having a bustling office hub at the heart of the business.”
