Denbighshire County Council has appointed BE Group to evaluate a project that is providing high quality business accommodation in the coastal town of Rhyl. The County Council has purchased the former Bee and Station Hotel, a Grade II listed building, to create a new business centre. The development has been funded through a combination of European, Welsh Government and Heritage Lottery funds. As such, evaluations are required at the point of practical completion of the refurbishment works and twelve months after that date.
