BE Group, on behalf of a private investor client, has let an 8,108 sqft, two-storey office premises to the Taxi insurance specialists Freeway Insurance at 4 Abbots Park, Preston Brook, Runcorn.

Simon Roddam, Director at BE Group, acted on behalf of the Landlord. Simon commented “Freeway Insurance have made a progressive move which will see them bring more of their staff together in a contemporary working environment. We are definitely seeing a flight to quality now as businesses form new strategies coming out of what has been a turbulent period for office workers”.
