Be Group has been re-appointed by Vale of Glamorgan Council to refresh the Employment Land Study originally produced in 2007. The refresh will inform the evidence base for the Vale’s new draft Local Development Plan, which is due to be published for consultation in Autumn 2013.

The refresh will take into account a number of recent significant proposals within Vale of Glamorgan including Welsh Government’s announced Enterprise Zone status for both St Athan Aerospace Business Park and Cardiff Airport, where consideration is being given towards the creation of an ‘Airport City’, and private sector plans for a major new business park at Junction 34, M4.
