With Taylor Young, BE Group produced masterplans for the regeneration of Oadby and Wigston town centres, on behalf of Oadby and Wigston Borough Council. The masterplans identified key development site opportunities.

Be Group was re-appointed by the Council in 2012 to produce financial appraisals for each of the site opportunities, to demonstrate their viability, and present the results in support of the Council at the Examination in Public of its Town Centres Area Action Plan. The Inspector has subsequently confirmed the AAP to be sound.
