BE Group, on behalf of client St Modwen Properties, has let a 6,820 sq ft office to Converged Telecommunications Solutions provider Communicate Better Ltd at Brighton House, Trident Business Park, Birchwood.

Trident Business Park is a 17 acre development providing a mixture of industrial and office accommodation. The park, owned and developed by St Modwen, is home to Sharp Electronics, GE Energy, Triton Construction, Technomot and is a regional base for St Modwen amongst others.
