Bank Quay House, a 26,000 sq ft business centre located in Warrington town centre, has just completed a total of 7 lettings and all of which were to new occupiers in the building.

The new occupiers include Reed Recruitment, KB Logic, TAB Management, Elite Promotions & Marketing, Evo Systems, Radiology Reporting Online and Precise Marketing Solutions.
