BE Group, on behalf of client Regional REIT, has let a 10,876 sq ft office to an undisclosed global service provider at Birkdale House, The Links Business Park, Birchwood, Warrington.

The Links is an established estate consisting of 7 self-contained office buildings, and is home to the likes of Dassault Systems, Sonomatic, and The Breeze Serviced Offices.

Joint Letting agent Simon Roddam of BE Group commented, “This is a significant letting for Birchwood and testament to The Links Business Park in Birchwood for its quality accommodation and working environment.”

Simon commented further, “Whilst it would appear the regional market is seeing a slowdown in occupier decision making since the turn of the year, we are still seeing a very good level of activity in the Warrington market. This is a good indicator to how occupiers feel about Birchwood, its local amenities and road connections”.
