BE Group, on behalf of client Gladman Developments, has sold the 10,070 sq ft 4 Webster Court in Warrington to local recruitment business 360 Resourcing Solutions.

Webster Court is an established business park located west of Warrington town centre, comprising 13 self-contained buildings totalling just over 50,000 sq ft and houses organisations such as Konica and Alpha Biolabs.
