Having completed the Leek town centre masterplan for Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, BE Group has introduced Whitbread to one of the opportunity sites identified in the masterplan. Whitbread has acquired the former Talbot public house and adjacent Staffordshire County Council owned land and is now moving forward with plans for a 60 bedroom Premier Inn and restaurant.
